However, we maintain a fully pork-free kitchen and follow a strict No Pork, No Lard policy. All our chicken and ingredients are Halal-certified, and no alcohol is used in any part of our cooking or preparation process.
We are actively in the process of applying for and preparing for the official Halal certification and we will update our customers once the process is complete.No, we do not. We strictly enforce a 'No Alcohol' policy and do not use any alcohol-based ingredients (e.g., cooking wine, mirin, etc.) in our food preparation.
